Taurus RNG is a complete RNG project lifecycle platform; we develop Renewable Natural Gas projects and facilities from conception to operation. Our seasoned leadership team has overseen multiple advanced projects and delivered on over 50 different RNG projects globally.

Our in-house expertise and proprietary technologies enable Taurus RNG to deliver successful projects from complex and varied inputs. Taurus RNG is one of a select few companies to have dealt with complex and diverse feedstock mixes while obtaining optimal energy output.

We currently have multiple advanced RNG projects under development in Canada, with over 86% of our RNG capacity sourced from the Feedlot industry. Taurus RNG invests, delivers and operates RNG facilities, ensuring a consistent and responsible project from inception to operation.

Phillip Abrary

Mr. Abrary has over 35 years of professional experience in the field of finance, accounting, and executive management. His career includes leadership positions at a number of process technology based businesses ranging from pulp & paper to renewable energy from waste. As one of the founders of Taurus RNG, he has been closely involved with all commercial aspects of the development and delivery of various projects throughout North America and Europe.

Mr. Abrary holds a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from the University of BC and is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of BC. He began his career at PWC and founded RTM Norden Inc., Ostara Nutrient Recovery Technologies Inc, Andion North America, and Taurus RNG.

Daniele Chiodini

With extensive expertise and hands-on experience in environmental engineering and design, Mr. Chiodini leads Taurus RNG’s technology and project development programs. His experience includes over 15 years in the EU and US markets as technical lead on over 50 biogas projects operating on a wide variety of feedstock inputs and process designs. His established methodology of conducting extensive pilot trials on the feedstock to be used as the basis for designing the facilities has been key to the many successful projects he has been involved with.

Mr. Chiodini has a Master of Environmental Engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Milan, with an emphasis on process design and optimization of anaerobic digestion and wastewater treatment systems. He leverages his expertise at Taurus RNG to drive innovation and technological advancements within the company.

Co-Founder & General Counsel

Eric Streeter

Mr. Streeter has over 20 years of experience as corporate counsel in several multinational technology companies. He has worked with the Taurus RNG team for over 8 years throughout the development, permitting, and contracting of a variety of renewable energy projects in Canada, the United States, Sweden, Norway and Italy.

Mr. Streeter holds a B.A. (Hons), Political Science, a M.A., Political Science and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of British Columbia. Prior to joining Taurus RNG, he was General Counsel at Ostara, the world leader in nutrient recovery and one of Canada’s premiere clean technology companies deploying wastewater treatment systems throughout North America and Europe. Prior to Ostara, he held several senior legal roles with MacDonald Dettwiler and Associates, Canada’s leading space and satellite technology company. He was also legal counsel at Creo, a global leader in industrial and product design & development technology.

Guillaume Tuffigo

Guillaume is the head of asset management on the SWEN Impact Fund for Transition team. He contributes to investment decisions and oversees the performance of portfolio holdings, bringing his strategic, technical and business knowledge of energy markets to the team.

Guillaume holds a degree in engineering and an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School. He joined SWEN in 2023 after working for some twenty years in energy infrastructure sales, development and operation roles at ENGIE subsidiaries.

Charles Vallée

Charles is an investment director on the SWEN Impact Fund for Transition direct investment team. He contributes to fundraising for the strategy and its international deployment in companies and projects driving infrastructure for the energy transition, especially the production of green gases (biomethane and hydrogen).

A graduate of ESSEC Business School, Charles became a business developer for EDF Renouvelables in 2013 and helped launch the group’s business activities in India and China. He then moved to Total Eren, an independent international producer of renewable energies now fully owned by TotalEnergies, where he was involved in expanding the group in Eastern Europe, before joining SWEN CP in 2022.
